Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

        Ingredients:

          2/3 cup wild rice
          4.5 cups broth
          Chicken
          Mushrooms, possibly marinated in cookiing wine
          Onion
          (A recommended amount is 1 chicken breast, half a cup of mushrooms, and one small onion.)
          A small carton of half-and-half.

        Directions:

        Simmer the rice in the broth for about 45 minutes. Add the cooked chicken, onions, and rice. Heat a little more, add the half-and-half.
