Okay, buy a package with "boneless, skinless chicken breasts". Put one of them on a microwaveable plate. (Make sure it is as unfolded as is possible.) Sprinkle with a little bit lemon, pepper, paprika, whatever flavoring agent you have handy. Add a few drops of whatever liquid is handy. (Leftover wine is good if you have it; water or soup or whatever is okay.) Cover plate & breast tightly with plastic wrap.
Microwave on the default power setting for a few minutes--exactly how long varies according to what plate you use, how thick & moist the breast is, and how powerful the machine is, but once you figure it out for your equipment, it's not fussy.
Then serve it with some kind of starch, moistened with the liquid off of the plate.
This is also a good "quick fish" recipe, if you eat fish.
