Another Cheese recipe.
*Take a thicker pasta. Penne (macaroni), fusili or something like that. Put water to boil, put pasta in. About a half of a pound box . (That's the package Italian pasta is sold in here.)
Take three kinds of cheese:
*about 3.5 ounces of gorgonzola (100 g)
*the same quantity of grated parmigiano (parmesan) cheese
*the same quantity of a milder cheese: ementhal, gouda, illerthaler,
anything.
Cut the cheeses into little bitty pieces. Except parmigiano, of course. :-)
Drain the pasta, leave in the ... sieve ... to drain completely.
*Take sweet cream or full-fat milk. About four or five tablespoons worth.
Pour it into a pot, put on fire to boil. When it boils, add the cheese. Stir until it melts completely. When it's melted completely, add pasta in and stir until the pasta is covered with the cheese. Serve.
